The Black Canyon Ultra is a rite of passage for desert ultrarunners. Held each February on Arizona’s Black Canyon National Recreation Trail, these point-to-point 100K and 50K races are known for their fast starts, technical finishes, and golden ticket stakes.
The route winds through the heart of the Sonoran Desert, featuring saguaro forests, rugged canyons, and views of the Bradshaw Mountains to the west.
